ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES

TPECI has a diverse and sophisticated client base.  Projects typically range from $1,000 to more than $100 thousand in fees, varying from one week to many months in duration.  Every project undertaken by our firm is directly supervised by a principal so that technical expertise and personal attention are assured whether the project is large or small.

TPECI provides environmental assessment, regulatory compliance, and remediation services.  We offer environmental site assessments (Phases I and II); underground storage tank (UST) removal; site characterization; hazardous material handling; compliance audits; air quality; environmental compliance and management; site cleanup; engineering analysis and design; field sampling; construction/remediation management; performance of air, soils, sediments, waste water/sludge, and surface water/groundwater evaluations; natural resource assessments; regulatory compliance, permitting, and reporting; and NEPA environmental assessments and impact statements.

TPECI provides environmental services to the coal, hardrock, placer, and gravel mining industries.  Our experience in Alaska includes Corps of Engineers Section 404 permits; ADEC Section 401 Water Quality Certifications, EPA National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits, and the Annual Placer Mining Application obtained from the Alaska Department of Natural Resources.  The APMA includes reclamation and bonding.

TPECI offers a broad range of wetlands services including wetland determinations, delineations, natural resource surveys, permitting, and wetland mitigation planning and assistance.  Our staff of biologists, hydrologists, and engineers are committed to innovative resource management and cost effective solutions.
